Segmentation

In contrast to intarsia the pieces are cut from a single slice of wood. The pieces are stained afterwards.

Im Gegensatz zu Intarsia werden bei der Segmentation die einzelnen Teile aus einem Stück Holz gesägt und anschließend eingefärbt.

ich bin mir nicht sicher Volker, ob der Leim dann noch hält.
Einfacher wäre es, zumal ich Farben und Beize auf Wasserbasis verwende und da, ja nach geschliffen werden muss.

Das sieht schon wirklich gut aus, aber werden die Einzelteile nicht vor dem Zusammenleimen bemalt?

jetzt ist er geschliffen, geleimt und wird noch bemalt.
Das Objekt war eigentlich noch zu schwierig für mich und die Profis unter euch würden sich die Haare raufen :blink: , hätten sie mich arbeiten sehen.
Aber alles in allem ist er doch nicht soo schlecht geworden.

Über die Suchfunktion habe ich nach deinem Intarsia Frosch gesucht Lissi, aber nichts gefunden.
Hattest du hier im Forum ein Foto eingestellt?
